Practice Area Disclaimers and Limitations
For ethical, moral, and insurance reasons, Fiorvento Law P.L.L.C. cannot help clients seeking the following health care services or outcomes:
(1) Attempting to end their own life or the life of another through euthanasia, assisted suicide, abortion, deprivation of food, water, or shelter, refusal of ordinary care or the standard of care for an otherwise treatable or curable condition, or similar requests. In addition, we cannot help people trying to achieve these ends through roundabout means.
(2) Attempting to permanently or temporarily sterilize yourself or someone else due to race, ethnicity, religion, social status, mental or physical disability, wealth, criminal status or history, or other eugenics-motivated reasons or persons actively advocating for eugenics in some other way.
(3) Attempting to deprive your future self or someone else of their express constitutional rights, express human rights (as defined by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights), or natural rights.
(4) Situations where someone is attempting to commit fraud or abuse against a vulnerable member of our society, a government, state, or charitable entity, or any other person.
